The land also has a small vegetable garden and 2 ponds with permanent water, with the pond closest to the houses being flanked by a bamboo cane field and populated by koi carp and turtles.
On the farm there is currently a small flock of sheep, in the poultry houses, several birds (chickens, geese, ducks, guinea fowl...).
The property has complete privacy and all plots, except the smallest, are entirely fenced with a net.
