Four are 2 bedroom villas, with the last being a 1 bedroom. It lies on an elevated piece of land surrounded by valleys with a creek and a breathtaking 360 degree view from just about anywhere. There are flat grass fields, kept green by the new irrigation system. The property makes you feel as if you're in a country side setting, but the convenience of a town is only a few minutes drive away.
On the lower part of the 1.7 hectare property, there's an open field with a small creek bed, made up from stones placed hundreds of years ago that has active water running during the winter months. Next to that you'll find a walnut tree that is well over a century and a half old that offers the perfect spot to read a book or enjoy a glass of wine. Tremendous potential for a creative and motivated person.

Property Features
-Pool area is on the most elevated part of the property and receives direct sunlight from dusk till dawn. It has an outdoor shower, a wooden Gazebo with a grand circular table, with a grassy opening shaded by an ancient cork tree just next to it. The sunset from this perspective is simply breath taking. It's encirlcled by iron fence custom made for the space. There's also a stone sitting area also next to the old Oak tree, meant for relaxing and being with friends.
-Electricity has recently been upgraded and has the electrical capabilities of a factory to ensure there is never a power shortage when all villas are using energy.
Plumbing- Newly installed and with high water pressure to keep functionality in all homes simultaneuosly.
-Special care was given to properly use drainage around all of the newly renovated villas to limit humidity issues. Also all retaining walls, patios, cobble stone driveway, pool and Bbq area all have proper drainage.
-Waterhole was dug and is pumped to offer free water for irrigation system. Could also be set up with filters to use water for villas too.
-Upper part of property is encircled with a stone wall in a beautiful Portuguese rustic look.
-Front part of property is encircled by a stone wall with a gate on either side of the property, as well as a small one in the middle.
-A unique wine cellar was built in the living room floor of the "master" villa which is a circular glass floor that opens automatically from a switch on the wall. There is a spiral staircase that leads you to the storage area where wine is held in brick arch holdings.
-A cobble stone parking lot and entrance lead you to the property. There are also cobble stone patios.
-Beautiful wooden stairs lead you to the lower part of the property.
-An abundance of fruit trees, such as rows of vineyards, apple orchards with 3 variations of apples, over 20 Olive trees, 2 pear trees, 2 lemon trees, an old walnut tree, 2 prune trees, several Bay leaf trees, prune trees, blue berries and plum trees.
-The Bbq area has running water, a pizza oven, a 90cm wide grill and a beautiful stone table, custom made for the space.
-Small forest exists on the property with a path and a picnic area along the way.

Description Of Each Villa
"The Master" (Front right)
The master villa is 85sqm and the first apartment on the right side when entering from the cobble stone entrance and is the closest to the pool area. It has a customized hand crafted vaulted wooden front door with an extra security locking mechanism. Upon entry to the apartment, the first thing you'll notice is the impressive cathedral style, high wooden ceilings as well as the open concept space. To the immediate right is a rustic brick natural wood fireplace. To the left is a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, 90cm wide American fridge, 90cm gas stove top, sunken country kitchen sink and plenty of cupboard space. The counter top is a unique and luxury Brazilian granite that perfectly fits with the rustic old style Portuguese tile backsplash. In the centre is an island with a butcher block style island, where you'll find space underneath for a washer and dryer. It also has a pull out compartment for extra storage. The tiles on the floor are expensive, unique and large with a random pattern. The villa has a top of the line air conditioner with cooling and heating capabilities and many programs and is very well insulated for hot summer days and cool winter nights.
In the middle of the living room you'll find the most unique aspect of the entire villa. It's a glass floor wine cellar, powered and accessed by a motor that is opened with a switch on the wall. When the glass door opens automatically, it leads to a spiral staircase from which you can enter the brick arch wine cellar and your future wine collection. It holds over 700 bottles.
To the left of the glass wine cellar is the bathroom with large walk in shower. Straight ahead are two spacious bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning outputs and two windows each.
To the right is a spacious cobble stone patio accessable by a sliding door as well as a normal glass door with ample space for a sitting area, bbq and large table. It has two external entry points, one with stairs and the other with a wooden gate door. The stairs lead to the pool area and the gate to the Bbq area.
"Orchard View" (Front left)
This 45sqm apartment is the first on the left when entering from the cobble stone entrance and can best be described as cozy.It's charm stems from it's high wooden cathedral/chalet type ceilings and colourful tiles. It has stunning views from the balcony that over looks the properties vineyard and orchard, as well as the many rolling hills in the near distance. It is south facing and therefore receives sunlight for most of the day. Truly breathtaking and can onwooden ly fully be appreciated in person.
Upon entry, you'll see the colourful kitchen to the left. It has a window above the sink to apprecate the view while preparing meals or doing dishes and comes with a washing machine as well. Just in front is the eating area with room for a large table and chairs. Off to the right is the living space with sofas and tv. Next to that is the spacious bathroom with shower. Lastly are the two bedrooms currently with a queen bed in one and two single beds in the other.
Hidden Jewel (2nd on the left)
This 45sqm villa is attached to the Orchard, but has a completely seperate entrance. To access it, there are a few stairs that leads you to the front door. From this vantage point, you'll quickly notice the beautiful vaulted high wood ceilings. To the right is the eat in kitchen with space for a table and is complete with large fridge, stove, oven and dishwasher. It also has a fun colourful backsplash in the kitchen that typically illicits a happy holiday feeling.
To the left is the living space with space for a 3 person sofa and lounge chair in perfect position for watching television. It also has a unique feature that shows the original stone wall framed.
Down the hallway is where you'll find the bathroom and two bedrooms. The master bedroom is large and has space for a queen bed and even a sitting/lounge area if desired. The second bedroom also has enough space for a queen bed if so desired.
Lastly is the private deck outdoor space. You can access is from the kitchen patio doors, or from a walk way outside. It's quite and surrounded by trees and has a custom crafted wooden staircase just off the side that has access to the bottom part of the property where the forest is found.
"Romantic Villa" (2nd on the right)
This 35 sqm apartment is the second on the right after the "Master" villa and directly after the Bbq area. It is accessible from a small set of stairs from the main driveway, or from a secondary entry point coming from the pool area. The villa is elevated offering beautiful views and is enclosed by a wooden picket fence for safety and privacy.
When you enter this apartment, the first thing that comes to mind is how cozy it feels. It's small, but somehow spacious and also has vaulted wooden cielings. The bedroom to the left is accessed through the sliding door to maximize space. It has space for a queen bed and small closet. The kitchen has a stove, oven, dishwasher and small fridge. To the left of the kitchen is the large bathroom with a walk in shower. The apartment has been insulated.
"Mountain View" (Last house on the right)
This 45sqm apartment simply gushes with charm. It has a rustic feel and old Portuguese style. It is the most private of all the villas, as it's located at the very back of the resort and has a private patio.
Upon entry, you'll find the kitchen to your immediate left. It has a small fridge, dishwasher, stove top and oven and enough space for a small table.
To the right of the kitchen is the living room where there's enough space for a 3 person sofa and lounge chair to enjoy television.
In betwee the living room and kitchen there is a sliding door which leads to the private patio and is surrounded by stunning views of Mountains in the distance. At night you can see the lights of Alcobaca.
Down the hall you'll find two bedrooms and the bathroom. Currently the bedrooms consist of a queen bed and the other two single beds. Both with a small closet. The master bedroom also has another private patio accessible from that room. Lastly is the bathroom with a large walk in shower. The villa has been insulated.
"Washing Facility"(Next to the Romantic villa)
This wood shed with terra cotta roof is also insulated and tiled. It's the place for the last 3 villas to use laundry facilities and also functions as linen storage. It has all the plumbing for a washing machine set up and has a plug, light and light switch.

This property was newly renovated in 2018. It was intended to be a "forever" family business, so extra care went into the materials used, as well as proper procedures were followed to ensure that the property and it's contents would last longer and be as problem free as possible.
