Separate and private from the main house is the apartment, which is run as a very successful Airbnb business. It has a kitchen, lounge, bedroom and en suite bathroom with a cozy wood burner and it`s own private terrace, overlooking the valley.
The garden has been laid out by a professional horticulturist and includes fruit trees and rare plants all in a natural lay out, with low stone walls and stone edging. But the best thing about House of Stars is it’s location, set in the spectacular valley of Vale de Ovelha, with it's serenity and nature. Our summer visitors, the Iberian eagles, as well as Bonneli's eagle regularly visit the valley to breed.
There are marvelous opportunities for walking or cycling in the area.
The oak and willow forests along the water courses provide a serene, beautiful spot to listen to and watch many rare bird species too.
