Buildings
Built in the year 1900, approx, all walls are straight( I was a carpenter) and all but one roof has been completely rebuilt.
The two semi-detached cottages have a connecting doorway to make one large cottage. Upper cottage restored with log burner in the central room, two bedrooms. One containing the Original fully operative bread oven, it's massive.
Lower Cottage is a dry untouched original canvas. Rooms for bathroom, kitchen, main room with open fireplace and a large room above the animal barn. (Please note they are not wired for electricity)

Garage, metal doors with benched out workshop.
Small adjoining tractor barn, used also for timber storage.
Tractor included in the sale with detaching tools, also Stihl Strimmer and Chainsaw.

Other barns and storage buildings have been converted into two rooms, both have new log burners, one with a kitchen, etc.
Separating both is a log fired Sauna which works perfectly, used daily.

Two animal styes for chicken, goat, pig, etc. Plus small chick room.

Two water Tanks - 3 x 4 meters and 10 x 3.4 meters. Both are capable of watering the garden. Three Springs, at the highest point of the property, collectively supply the tanks. They run all year and every year.
