The refuge has two separate gardens: a spacious upper garden, in front of the house and about 1,100 square meters in size, which was mainly designed with lawn and was arrondiert at the beginning of 2021 with valuable palm trees, old elephant foot or bottle trees and dragon trees. The second garden on the other side of the historic island tour is designed in the style of the so-called Sunken Garden, planted with 10 banana trees and 11 orange, lemon, mandarin and tangerine trees as well as other Mediterranean eastern varieties.
The purchase price includes the complete furnishing, electrified kitchen equipment and the equipment of the economic sector with washing and drying machines. A lawn-sitting mower will also be handed over. The purchase price is non-negotiable.
