Olive grove property with 20Ha located near Alcanena.
This property, in perfect operating condition, consists of 13Ha of olive groves, organised into 10 sectors.
The olive grove has 10,000 olive trees, of which 6,000 are around 30 years old and 4,000 were planted in 2020 and will come into production in 2025.
In terms of infrastructure, the property comprises:
- A warehouse for storing agricultural machinery and implements
- A workers' house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Video surveillance system on the property

For the agricultural work carried out on the property, the deal includes a tractor with all the tools needed to carry out the tasks, a tractor for picking olives by vibration, a goods van and all the equipment needed for the normal running of the farm (sweepers, chainsaws, vehicle maintenance tools, etc).
In terms of olive oil production, olive yields vary between 30 and 100 tonnes per year, normally resulting in an oil yield of between 16% and 18%, corresponding to between 5,100 litres and 1,700 litres of oil.
The olive grove began converting to an organic system in 2020. In 2024 it will be certified as an organic olive grove. The value of organic olive oil is 20% higher than other commercialised oils.
The property's water comes from an artesian borehole 300 metres deep, where the water table is 170 metres deep, filling the 125m3 capacity tanks in around 24 hours.
In order to make the property more profitable and sustainable, 100 chickens are being introduced to test a population of 2,000 chickens in one of the sectors, which will produce around 1,500 eggs a day. They will also ensure the natural cleaning and fertilisation of the land. Sheep are also being introduced to clean up the property and make it more profitable.
All sectors of the olive grove and the entire property are very well fenced and prepared for the introduction of these species.
