The owners' idea was to restore the forgotten dwellings on this 12-hectare property and create a retreat and escape from everyday life in a valley by the Mira River, considered one of the cleanest rivers in Europe. The reconstruction was carried out using traditional building techniques from the region, with thick walls made of rammed earth and stone collected locally.

The houses are located in a secluded and idyllic valley, surrounded by native vegetation such as strawberry trees, rockroses, olive trees, cork oaks, and holm oaks.
