casu, is feasible, provided that it complies with the previously stipulated, and other
legal and regulatory rules in force on the matter.

Located at Km 79 of the mythical Estrada Nacional 2, the longest Portuguese road, totaling 739.26 kilometers, and the only one in Europe that crosses a country in its entire length (there are only two more in the world: Route 66, in the Usa, and Ruta 40, in Argentina). It extends from North to South, connecting the city of Chaves, in Trás-os-Montes, to the city of Faro, in the Algarve.

The farm currently produces 6.5 barrels of Port Wine benefit and 20 barrels of wine suitable for labeling as Vinho de Vinhas Velhas according to circular 11/2020 of of the Instituto de Vinhos do Douro e do Porto, I.P.. Creation of the Mention of Vinhas Velhas for use in the labeling of Pdo Porto, Pdo Douro and Igp Duriense wines.

It is a historic old vineyard, on terraces, with old shale walls, with indigenous and traditional varieties of the Douro Region: Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Malvasia Rei and Tinta Barroca.

At the entrance to the Quinta there are about 30 Olive and Cherry trees.
