The current owners chosen to implement this layout for the commodity of visiting friends and family. Both wings can easily be transformed into 2 + 2 bedrooms with full access to the central part of the villa.

All parts of the villa are equipped with lots of wardrobes and storage areas.

The garden

All parts of the house have separate south oriented terraces with an ocean view. By those terraces you have access to the garden with a large green lawn, plants, flowers and fruit trees. The terraces and the garden have no overlooking from the neighbors.

The central sun shaded part is equipped with an outdoor kitchen with both a gas and a charcoal barbecue. There is also a traditional wood barbecue area with a large firewood storage area near the pool plus several utility- and laundry rooms.

The 40 m2 saltwater pool as well as the terraces were recently retiled.

The villa is equipped with water radiators central heating served by a heating pump as well as with air conditioning throughout with new appliances. The hot water is supplied by solar panels.  The property is connected to the mains water, but it also has a borehole which supply a lot of water stored in a cisterna, mainly to supply the irrigation and the pool. There are 2 septic fossas, but a public sewage connection is available within meters of the property if the owner for any reason wants to connect to it.
