Modern style 3 bedroom house, in the town of Fráguas, municipality of Rio Maior.

Interior walls are structurally made from a galvanized steel structure, a layer of mineral wool, then plasterboard - type Pladur, and finished with plastic paint for plasterboard, type Cin.
The floor is structurally made with 100 mm thick Sandwich Panel, from the brand QuîckPlâck, and is made with a quickfoam core (high-density expanded polystyrene) covered by a double layer of quickmôrtar and quickfiber mesh (intertwined fiberglass mesh). . Vinyl flooring applied to the entire floor surface, equally in the 3 rooms. The self-leveling agent will then be applied, which will completely stabilize the floor.
