Quinta Moinho da Besuga with 360º panoramic views in the Arrábida Natural Park has a total area of 38,186 m2 and is located in the heart of the Arrábida Natural Park, 25 km from Lisbon, 12 km from Setúbal and less than 10 km from the sea and the various beaches of the Sado estuary.

It is fully fenced, has 3 independent accesses, and consists of a main house with 310 m2, another building divided into 3 apartments with 114 m2 for tourist use (2 licenses for Local Accommodation), a 3-storey mill with 36 m2, ready for habitation and 4 warehouses with 2,305 m2.

In total there are 12 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. Excellent for your own home, vacation or investment.

The main house, full of light and excellent sun exposure, is situated at the highest point of the property. It was designed in the 1970s as a single-storey house by the well-known architect Conceição e Silva, and includes a two-storey stone mill dating from 1738. The room's four large glazed windows allow you to enjoy a fantastic view to the north and south, even when sitting inside the spacious 150 m2 room. On one side, the river Tagus, Lisbon and its waterfront, on the other, the green beauty of the mountains, Sesimbra Castle, the sea and the Serra de Sintra. Leaving the living room to the south, there is a terrace, a swimming pool and a lawn, all covering 275 m2.

The main house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 office, a large kitchen, 3 fireplaces and a salamander. Four of these rooms face south and have a direct exit to the pool. The Moinho da Besuga farmhouse is in good condition.

Of particular note is the total privacy, silence and natural light of the whole farm, and the privilege of being able to admire the beauty of the sunrise and sunset every day.

In the more rural part, there is also a dovecote, kennels and chicken coops of around 180 m2. The farm has two boreholes for collecting (drinking) water, a 30,000-liter water tank and a 200,000-liter cistern. It is connected to the electricity grid, but has a 70 Kva generator. It produces its own wine and has several fruit trees (vines, citrus orchards, olive groves, stone pines, etc.).

The farm has a strong aptitude for easily becoming self-sufficient by installing renewable energies such as solar panels or a wind system.
