The Monte da Boavista is a property with 27,630 m² of land and a 5-bedroom house with 204 m² of gross construction area, located in the village of Santa Susana, in Alcácer do Sal.

Built in 2015, with an architectural project designed by Atelier Actual 2, the house features a contemporary design inspired by traditional Alentejo architecture. Monte da Boavista is located 10 minutes' drive from the village of Santa Susana, 15 minutes from Alcácer do Sal, 20 minutes from Montemor-o-Novo and Santiago do Escoural, home to a famous cave with rock paintings and other prehistoric remains. It is 45 minutes from Comporta and its beaches, and one hour from Lisbon.
