Set of four historic buildings for complete rehabilitation, with a total gross construction area of 5,148 sqm, located on a 8,222 sqm plot of land on the emblematic Rua da Carreira, in the noble historic center of Funchal, Madeira.

With the possibility of integrated urban development, including the restoration of existing buildings with historic features alongside new construction, in a flat area on one of the oldest streets in Funchal. The project can accommodate different uses, including residential areas, a hotel, tourist apartments, and commercial areas, with a possibility of construction up to 13,000 sqm above ground and approximately 2,000 sqm for underground parking. This volume was based on a Previous Information Request to the Funchal Municipal Council in 2022.

The unique centrality and size in the city, with a project focused on the regeneration and valorization of existing urban identity, will bring even more dynamism to Rua da Carreira, dating back to the 16th century, as well as to the center of Funchal.
