Located at U.F. De Fânzeres and São Pedro da Cova, municipality of Gondomar (I1 V2), at an altitude of 82.00m, at a distance of approximately 14 km from the coast (over 5 km) and the building is covered by a gas network. The building is located on the outskirts of an urban area, with sparsely built buildings, where residential buildings predominate. The fraction under study has exterior facades in a light color and ventilated facade, oriented to the North, East and West. The autonomous fraction is of typology T3, located on the 2nd floor, called fraction N, with a useful area of 103.70 m2 and average ceiling height of 2.40 m.
